Practice Schedules
Practices are Monday - Friday, and the season will begin on Wednesday, May 20.
During the summer season, the goal is for morning workouts to be the main focus. We understand that there are time conflicts that make the afternoons the best option for some families, so we will also run a main workout in the afternoon, however for swimmers who attend both morning and afternoon practice we will run technique-focused workouts in the afternoon. For 8 and unders, we will only offer a main workout, regardless of morning or afternoon practice.

Mornings
13 & Up: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM
BLUE group: 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM
GREEN group: 9:45 AM - 10:15 AM
9-12s: 10:15 AM - 11:15 AM
Starts & turns: 11:15 AM - 11:30 AM
Afternoons
9-12s: 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
BLUE group: 4:15 PM - 5:00 PM
GREEN group: 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM
13 & Ups: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Game days
Thursday mornings following Wednesday night meets:
13 & Up: 8:45 - 9:45 AM - water polo
(please arrive at 8:30 for setup)
BLUE & GREEN groups: 9:45 -10:15 AM - games with coaches
9-12s: 10:15- 11:00 AM - sharks and minnows/etc.
Thursday afternoon practice schedules remain
Starts & turns
All swimmers are welcome to stay for starts and turns practice 11:15-11:30AM in the morning and 5:00-5:15PM in the afternoon. This is intended to be supplemental practice, focused on dives (from learning to dive to fine tuning race technique), backstroke starts, and walls (flipturns, open turns, finishes, etc.)
