Swim Lessons @ Boar's Head

Swim lessons are essential for developing swimmers to be swim team ready! Additionally, private lessons with coaches can be a great option to give your swimmer a boost in the water.

Lessons with our coaches

Coaches are available to give lessons upon request. Feel free to reach out directly to the coaching staff by visiting our contact page. If you know you would like your child to work with a JSL coach but do not have a preference, please indicate that on the lesson request form or feel free to email Assistant Head Coach Nina Perrone ([email protected]) who will help you find a match. Once you have confirmed that the coach can accommodate your family's lesson request, please visit the BHSC page for swim lessons here and fill "Private Lessons Inquiry" listing the coach's full name under "Additional information, concerns or request for a specific instructor."

Charlie Cross coached the Boarfish for 5 years, and is still a part-time swim instructor at Boar's Head! Charlie enjoys working with swimmers developing race technique and fine-tuning form. You can request Charlie on your inquiry form, or can contact him at [email protected].

Private & group swim lessons

Many swim team seniors and other talented instructors teach private and group lessons throughout the year, and may have more availability without the constraints of swim practice. To learn more about individual and group swim lessons at Boar's Head please visit the Boar's Head website, here.

For any swim lesson questions or inquiries, please contact [email protected].
